"Design a Deck" Week

Skateboards are works of art, and this week students will be able to create their very own! Throughout the week we will go through the entire design process, starting with a vision and working day by day to turn these ideas into a fully functional skateboard deck. These can be taken home and hung as an awesome wall decoration, or add your own wheels and ride!

We will create one main project. We also have various activities throughout the day including games, perler beads, even mini crafts will be available to choose from.

We use various materials pertaining to the weekly theme. Some things we might use include paint (acrylic, watercolor), pastels (oil, chalk), paper, fabric, tiles, felt, yarn, canvas, boards, tempera, and more!
