What will my child do at camp?

We will create one main project (M,W,F) and (Tu,Th). We also have various activities throughout the day including games, perler beads, even mini crafts will be available to choose from.

We use various materials pertaining to the weekly theme. Some things we might use include paint (acrylic, watercolor), pastels (oil, chalk), paper, fabric, tiles, felt, yarn, canvas, boards, tempera, and more!

What should my child bring?

We will not be offering any food. Please pack water and a peanut free snack. We use messy art materials please dress accordingly.

Can I be refunded for art camp?

We put a lot of work into creating the best experience for you child. We plan staff and purchase materials around you. Please be mindful when signing up that refunds cannot be given. If your child is sick we are happy to put together an art kit with all project materials included. It can be picked up at the studio. Thanks for you understanding!

State of Connecticut Guidelines

The state of Connecticut has issued guidelines so we can all stay safe. Thanks for working with me so we can have a safe and happy art camp.

Health Screening

All staff and children are required to be screened for any observable illness, including cough and to confirm temperature is below 100 degrees Fahrenheit. All children will have their temperature checked upon arrival. Anyone that appears to be ill or has a temperature about 100 degrees will not be allowed to attend camp for the day.

Masks and Social Distancing

Adults and children are required to wear a face covering. Masks can be removed only when sitting at their designated table area.

Hygiene

Hand washing will be done often throughout the day. A sanitizing station is also availble. The studio will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected at the end of each day.

Other Information

Adults will not be admitted into the art studio and will be asked to wait outside for their child. We will sign your child in and out so that drop off remains contactless.
