About The Event
Ages 4-6
During this 6-week course, children will paint an acrylic painting of two penguins on canvas. The focus will be taking basic shapes and turning them into more complex shapes to create penguins. Children will learn color mixing and application as well as how colors blend to create an image. For our next project, children will learn about wax resists and watercolors. This application will be used to create resist hearts on a piece of watercolor paper.
