💵 Pay in Studio (Cash Payment Option)

To help offset processing fees, we are now offering a Pay in Studio (Cash) option for select registrations. Customers who choose this option will receive 10% off their total registration cost.

 

How It Works

• When Pay in Studio (Cash) is selected at checkout, your spot will be temporarily reserved.

• The full balance must be paid in cash, in person at the studio, within 14 days of registration.

• Payment must be made during regular studio hours:

  • Friday: 1:00–9:00 PM

  • Saturday: 11:00 AM–9:00 PM

  • Sunday: 11:00 AM–5:00 PM

 

Important Policies

• Full payment is required to secure your spot. Partial payments are not accepted for the Pay in Studio option.

• If payment is not received within 14 days, the registration will be automatically canceled, the spot will be released, and the 10% discount will no longer apply.

• No reminders are guaranteed — it is the customer’s responsibility to complete payment within the allotted time.

• Pay in Studio discounts apply only to cash payments and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

• Studio staff cannot accept cash payments outside of posted business hours.

 

Additional Notes

• Choosing the Pay in Studio option indicates agreement to these terms.

• Availability for Pay in Studio registrations is limited and may be discontinued at any time.

• Catalyst Art Studio is not responsible for lost or unclaimed reservations due to missed payment deadlines.
